1. Monthly Subscriptions & Setup Fees
Due to the immediate allocation of technical labor, web engineering, copywriting, and server infrastructure upon order checkout, initial setup fees and initial month prepayments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. 12-Month Agreement Terms & Buyout
All website builds are backed by a non-cancelable 12-month agreement commitment. If a Client requests early termination prior to fulfilling 12 monthly billing cycles, an early cancellation buyout fee of $1,995 is billed to complete asset transfer and contract fulfillment as specified in Section 8.3 of our Master Service Agreement.
